They have velcro on the sides so you can adjust the grip on your drink. These are a novelty item that don't have the best grip but I use my pinky underneath for added support. They can hold regular or skinny cans and bottles. It includes the last name tape using the thin green or blue line flag and a small thin green or blue line flag on the back.
