Store Policies:
Just like other crafters, I can recreate certain custom items but I put my own spin on it. I don't create exact custom replicas.

From time to time, I will offer t-shirts. I’m not a t-shirt business so I do not do mass quantities on any shirts. I will occasionally post a shirt with a design to sell. All shirts offered are unisex fit. Shirt colors offered are subject to availability. Certain designs are pre-made and cannot be altered. Any basic design requests will incur a $5 design fee (only watermarked screenshots will be sent; commercial use not allowed). Detailed design requests will incur a $10 design fee (only watermarked screenshots will be sent; commercial use not allowed). Sorry - I cannot create or make any trademarked and/or copyrighted logos, phrases, or designs.
Seasonal items are subject to availability so certain items will be labeled "Limited Availability".
I cannot create items or images that are trademarked, copyrighted, and/or subject to infringement (ex. NFL, school logos, Disney, cartoon characters, movie characters, etc.).
Certain store items are decor/decoration only and not toys. Small parts are used on some products, which can be a choking hazard, so all items should be placed safely out of reach from children.
Refunds:
Refunds can be requested on faulty items within 10 days from delivery receipt. Pictures of item(s), including packaging, must be submitted with the claim in order to process a return. Refunds will be issued once item is received back. This excludes any and all personalized items. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued on personalized items. If there is an issue with a personalized item, please email me.
Shipping:
All items are shipped through USPS or UPS within 7-10 business days from the time your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays; time frame subject to change if there is an increase in holiday orders). Items will have shipping options listed in description. Please choose accordingly or your order will be canceled/refunded and you will be given the opportunity to reorder with correct shipping option selected. Some items will have a flat rate listed. For others, please send me a message before placing an order and I will let you know what your shipping cost will be. Your tracking number will be sent once your order is ready to be shipped. Handmade Seasons is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping (ex. damaged package), any packages lost during transit, or stolen packages after delivery but will help file a claim with USPS or UPS, if need be. Once it's in their hands, it's beyond my control, unfortunately. USPS recently updated their shipping policy to reflect extended shipping times due to the holidays. I'm hoping these delays run smoothly, but please keep this in mind if you're ordering a gift.
**If you're local to Las Cruces, NM, local pickup is available if you don't want your order shipped. Choose pickup at shipping and I will message you after I've received your order with the area I meet at for pickups.**
